Signed MSI installers
- Choose x64.msi for 64-bit Outlook or x86.msi for 32-bit Outlook. Match Outlook, not Windows.
- Close Outlook and open the downloaded MSI from your Downloads folder. No ZIP extraction is needed.
Does Windows block the file?
- Only for files downloaded from www.mailqry.com: right-click the MSI → Properties → Digital Signatures → select Setec Informatica s.r.l.s. → Details. Check that the signature is valid before continuing.
- With a valid signature: Properties → General → Unblock (if shown) → Apply → OK. Then open the MSI again. This removes the Internet mark from this file only.
- SmartScreen may still warn about a signed file. Only for an unrecognized-app warning, after the checks above, choose More info → Run anyway if available. For malware alerts, an invalid signature or an organization block, stop and contact support or your IT administrator. Do not disable antivirus or SmartScreen.
